This storage facility is clean, dry, with easy access and seems secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even leave a bag of sweets in the container for new users; a quirky and fun touch. The surface outside mine is not bound, so it does mean dirt carries into the unit. Nearly 5 stars! The subsequent response to my minor complaint about dirt being carried into the unit got a really helpful response, so it’s up to five stars. Staff are brilliant.
