Ampthill Alpacas
Who are Ampthill Alpacas?
Ampthill Alpacas is a junior netball club, for players aged between 4 - 11 years. The Amphill Alpacas are proud members of Junior Netball who support netball teams for ages 9 - 16 in the East Midlands of England. You can find out more about Junior Netball, like where to find other local netball teams are via their website.
What does Smartbox's sponsorship include?
Our support covers kit storage, team kit branding and a storage offer for club families, across two full seasons 2026/27 - 2027/28.
- A storage unit for club kit. The Alpacas keep their kit, bibs and event materials in a unit at our Station Road site, so equipment has one dry, secure home instead of being spread across volunteers' cars and garages.
- Smartbox on the bibs. Our logo appears on the front and back of matchday and training bibs for every age group, and on the club's leisurewear.
- A discount for Alpacas families. Parents receive an exclusive Smartbox discount code for their own storage needs.
Why does Smartbox sponsor a junior netball club?
Because backing a local club does more good than another advert. Most people who rent a unit with us live nearby, and plenty of them are the same parents standing on the sidelines on a Saturday morning. Helping the Alpacas keep their kit organised is a practical way to support them.
“Grassroots clubs run on volunteers, and one of the biggest headaches they have is where to keep everything. Bibs, balls and event kit end up in car boots and spare rooms. Storage is the one thing we can solve for them properly, so giving the Alpacas a unit of their own felt like the most useful thing we could do.” — Roger Canham, Director.
